Laura Bayford

Volunteer at Seconds Out Gym also a mum to all the kids and everyone who trains in the gym, she is an amazing asset for everyone.

Charlie Reid is a Level 2 England Boxing coach, a Grade C qualified judge, and a senior education professional, bringing a wealth of experience both inside and outside the ring.
